Crimson Anemone
These crimson anemone (Cribrinopsis fernaldi) is a sea anemone native to the Pacific Ocean off the northwestern North America. It is also known as the chevron-tentacle anemone, snakelock anemone, and the Fernald brooding anemone. This is a large anemone species that vary in color from red to orange and even white. The long tentacles are covered with dark horizontal lines. This anemone's base can be up to to 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter and around 10 inches (25 cm) high.
